These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hejbaji platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please review this document thoroughly before proceeding.

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one hejbaji account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
BDT Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on hejbaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank channels. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes set out in Section 4.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

1. General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hejbaji (hereinafter referred to as "hejbaji", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event that hejbaji makes these Terms available in any other language for convenience purposes, the English-language version shall take precedence in all cases of discrepancy or dispute.
Important: If you do not understand any part of these Terms, you should seek independent legal advice before using the hejbaji platform. Proceeding without understanding these Terms does not exempt you from their application.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the hejbaji Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion they access the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. hejbaji operates a strict 18+ policy across all games, betting markets, and promotional activities. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or as an agent or nominee of any other person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from hejbaji or had an account closed by hejbaji for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of hejbaji, nor a close family member of any such person, where participation in games or betting markets could constitute a conflict of interest.
- You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any prohibited activity.
2.1 Age Verification Process
hejbaji reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Until satisfactory age verification documentation has been received and reviewed, hejbaji may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. If a player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance — including deposited funds — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of hejbaji's services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered account on hejbaji. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a serious breach of these Terms. hejbaji employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, hejbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or game outcomes recorded on those accounts, and retain any balances in those accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hejbaji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. hejbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify hejbaji support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.
hejbaji recommends using a unique, strong password for your account — one that is not used on any other website or application. Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings for an additional layer of security.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on hejbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hejbaji supports a range of local and card-based payment methods designed to serve players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh efficiently and reliably.

4.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hejbaji account balance instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on your bank's processing times. hejbaji does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside hejbaji's control.
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds using a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the reversal of associated transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 30 seconds to 15 minutes of approval
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
- Card Withdrawals: 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless hejbaji's compliance team approves an alternative channel following identity verification. hejbaji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.
4.4 Currency & Exchange
hejbaji operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied on the platform. All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and processed in BDT only.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. If you have an active bonus with an incomplete rollover, you may not be able to withdraw your balance until the wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited. 5. Bonuses & Promotions Policy
hejbaji offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be clearly stated on the promotion's landing page or announcement.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by hejbaji are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds — or a combination of bonus and deposit funds — before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms and conditions.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have been self-excluded or have active account restrictions may not claim bonuses during the restricted period.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only, defined as players making their first qualifying deposit on hejbaji. Players who have previously held an account under any name, email address, phone number, or payment method are not eligible for new-player promotions.
- hejbaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering progress already accumulated by players who have commenced rollover on a bonus in good faith.
5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud Prevention
hejbaji takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software or scripts to complete wagering requirements; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the hejbaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player on the platform.
6.1 General Obligations
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and at any point during your use of the platform when hejbaji requests updated information.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify hejbaji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use the platform only for lawful recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, including age restriction laws.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one account for yourself or registering on behalf of another person
- Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to generate unauthorised winnings
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game
- Using the platform in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on hejbaji's infrastructure
- Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of hejbaji's systems without explicit written authorisation
- Publishing, transmitting, or displaying any content through the platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
- Providing any false or misleading information to hejbaji's customer support or compliance teams
Zero-Tolerance Policy: hejbaji operates advanced fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account action. hejbaji reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against players whose conduct constitutes fraud, theft, or criminal damage.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
hejbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms or hejbaji's Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy
- The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
- hejbaji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity on the account
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age
- A regulatory or law enforcement body instructs hejbaji to take action on the account
- The player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, account collusion, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your hejbaji account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, hejbaji will process any verified pending withdrawal balance to your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
hejbaji offers a self-exclusion facility for players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic. Players may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and the player will not be permitted to register a new account. 8. Liability Limitations & Disputes
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hejbaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service; errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected; or loss of data. hejbaji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Platform Availability
hejbaji endeavours to maintain uninterrupted availability of the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, hejbaji does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond hejbaji's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. hejbaji will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the hejbaji service, you should contact hejbaji customer support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. hejbaji aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by hejbaji's support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to hejbaji's senior compliance team for further review. All disputes will be considered in accordance with these Terms and, where applicable, the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
8.4 Intellectual Property
All content on the hejbaji platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game assets, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of hejbaji or its licensed game providers. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content without the prior written consent of hejbaji is strictly prohibited.
